Guests must vacate the property by 10 am in order that the house can be prepared for incoming guests. Incoming guests can access the property from 4 pm.

A security deposit of € 600 to cover damage and breakage’s is payable with the balance and will be returned to you, less any charges. This deposit is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total amount due is required on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday the deposit of 25% of the total amount due will not be returned. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the holiday the total amount due will not be returned.
