The villa

The complete villa is on one level. Pets are allowed, providing they are house-trained. Guests must ensure that pets do not foul the gardens or house or the security deposit may be forfeit.

Living room

The spacious Lounge/dining room is approximately 35 m² with 2 sofas, selection of chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD, log burning stove, dining table/6 dining chairs, Hi-Fi, wifi internet connection, flatscreen tv with international channels, with doors out to a large (partly covered) terrace with a gas BBQ, overlooking the garden and pool.

Kitchen

Induction cooker, electric oven. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Full range of pots, pans, casseroles, serving dishes and glassware.

Bedrooms

The villa contains 3 bedrooms, each with twin boxspring beds (can be separated) and a wardrobe.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and doors out to the terrace at the front of the house. The other two bedrooms are overlooking the garden and pool.

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms (1 ensuite) both with shower, sink, WC. Separate WC and sink on the ground floor by cloakroom.

Garage

There is a garage large enough for one car, however, there is no parking problem or traffic passing as the villa is accessed by a private road.
The garage also contains a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
